Our results

An important forging company needed to modify an existing pickling plant to eliminate an error in the positioning of the processing wagons.
To remove the error by making improvements in the automation system, we had to thoroughly study the pre-existing management of the system to avoid damage. Through the development of a new remote management and control software, the design and construction of electrical panels and diagrams, as well as the on-board wiring, we have introduced a system capable of managing:
•verification of positioning using WCS instrumentation (path coding system using barcode);
•l'the processing of the position;
•l'interfacing with the pre-existing switchboard.
